US Consumer Price Index (CPI) figures for February 2023 have been announced. US consumer inflation rate in February fell to 6.0% year-on-year, in line with expectations. The monthly CPI was 0.4%. The Core CPI was 5.5% year-on-year, meeting expectations. The Core Consumer Price Index was 0.5% month-on-month.
