The X accounts of Donald Trump's daughter Tiffany and daughter-in-law Lara Trump were hacked by cryptocurrency scammers. These accounts were used to promote a cryptocurrency called World Liberty Financial. The hackers tried to scam followers by sharing an advertisement for WL, a Solana-based token. After the incident, Eric Trump called the situation a “scam” and called for caution.
The Trump family has recently been associated with different crypto fraud allegations. However, after this latest incident, a warning was issued by World Liberty Financial, stating that Trump family accounts were hacked and that these posts should not be clicked.
