Argentina’s Ministry of Economy has drafted a bill in order to encourage citizens to declare their crypto assets. According to local media outlet Errepar, Economy Minister Sergio Massa has introduced the bill “Externalization of Argentine Savings”, aimed at combating money laundering.
As the Government of Argentina aims to combat money laundering with this new bill, Argentines may soon be motivated by tax incentives to disclose their crypto assets.
