The European Parliament was due to hold its final vote on Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCa) at a plenary session in Nov. 2022, but was delayed as the draft had to be translated into 24 official EU languages. And the adoption of the regulation would take place in Feb. 2023. However, the final vote has been postponed once again due to technical problems and will be held in April.
An official said the delay was technical and caused by translation issues.
