The United Kingdom is still on track to become a cryptocurrency hub despite a recent change of leadership.
Hopes for innovation-friendly regulations that could propel the UK's stagnant crypto industry forward had been dashed when former Finance Minister Rishi Sunak stepped down in July. But Richard Fuller, the country's new Economic Secretary to the Treasury, said in a statement that the UK government is ready to move forward with Sunak's plans to make the country an international hub for crypto.
