China Renaissance Joins the BNB Wave With a $600 Million Crypto Treasury Plan

Corporate crypto treasuries continue to expand. China-based investment bank China Renaissance is preparing to launch a new $600 million digital asset treasury company focused on accumulating BNB.

According to Bloomberg, the Beijing-based firm will be joined by YZi Labs, the family office of Binance Co-Founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ). Together, they have pledged a combined investment of $200 million. China Renaissance had already disclosed a $100 million BNB investment plan in an August filing.

Once the fundraising is completed, the company aims to establish a publicly listed vehicle in the U.S. dedicated to holding BNB. The move positions China Renaissance among the growing number of institutional players forming “digital asset treasury companies,” similar to models seen in recent years.

YZi Labs has been actively involved in multiple BNB-focused initiatives, including a $500 million fund led by CEA Industries and 10X Capital in July.
