Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $346.9 million in net inflows on September 23, the latest session with verified Bitcoin data. Spot Ethereum ETFs saw $66.1 million in net inflows on September 24.

The Federal Reserve proposed rules under the GENIUS Act that would require stablecoin issuers it supervises to fully back tokens with approved reserves, including short-term Treasury bills, and meet standardized capital requirements.

Bitget reported unauthorized transfers affecting about $351.6 million from some hot and warm wallets. The exchange said cold wallets remained secure, withdrawals were temporarily paused, and its user protection fund covered the reported loss.

Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies came under pressure as the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield reached its highest level since 2007, with higher borrowing costs weighing on risk assets.

Bitcoin is trading at $84,104, while Ethereum is trading at $2,676.

The Fear and Greed Index stands at 71, indicating Greed.
