Michael Novogratz, CEO of Galaxy Digital, said the banking crisis and the subsequent surge in digital assets shows that cryptocurrency was in many ways built for this point. Novogratz said the US banking crisis acted like an adrenaline shot for the cryptocurrency ecosystem, giving the Bitcoin (BTC) community "incredible resilience".
In his speech, Novogratz also touched on the recent sanctions on cryptocurrencies in the US by agencies such as the SEC. Emphasizing that the regulatory regime in the US is very harsh, Novogratz pointed out that despite this situation, which he sees as an attack on cryptocurrencies, mobility and prices are still rising in the ecosystem.
