The deal would integrate the Stargate bridge and STG tokens into the LayerZero ecosystem, dissolve the DAO, and remove STG entirely, offering holders an exchange rate of 1 STG = 0.08634 ZRO. Following the announcement, token prices reacted positively, pushing the current deal value to $127 million, with approval requiring a 70% yes vote.
