Hong Kong-based QMMM Holdings saw its stock surge by nearly 850% after revealing plans to enter the crypto analytics space and launch a $100 million digital asset treasury.
The digital media and virtual technology services firm aims to merge blockchain with artificial intelligence to develop next-generation crypto analytics solutions. According to the company’s press release, QMMM will build a decentralized data marketplace connecting providers and consumers. The ecosystem will also feature automated agents managing DAO treasury operations, metaverse integration, smart contract security, and code development.
QMMM’s newly announced digital asset treasury will begin with purchases of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL), targeting an initial size of $100 million. CEO Bun Kwai emphasized that global adoption of digital assets is accelerating at an unprecedented pace, and the firm intends to position itself at the forefront of Web3 transformation through regulatory compliance and strategic partnerships.
As corporate digital asset treasuries gain traction, their combined size has reached $120 billion. Following the announcement, QMMM’s stock price jumped to $107, pushing its market capitalization to $5 billion. A similar rally occurred just a day earlier, when Eightco’s shares surged more than 3,000% after unveiling a $250 million Worldcoin treasury plan.
