The Pennsylvania House has approved a bipartisan bill to provide regulatory clarity on digital assets.
In the SEC filing published yesterday, Microsoft announced that the “Evaluation of Investment in Bitcoin” proposal was submitted and that this proposal will be put to a vote at the shareholder meeting to be held on December 10. The filing stated that the board of directors recommended a negative vote against this proposal.
At the time of writing, Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $67,821 and Ethereum (ETH) is trading at $2,449.
The fear and greed index is neutral at “56”.
