Strategy’s Huge Stock Offering: Entire $2.5 Billion Raised Invested in Bitcoin!

Led by CEO Michael Saylor, the company has used the entire $2.5 billion raised from its latest stock offering to significantly increase its Bitcoin reserves.

Strategy successfully completed its latest Nasdaq offering, dubbed "Stretch," selling shares at $90 each to raise approximately $2.521 billion—marking the largest U.S.-based public offering of 2025 so far. Using these proceeds, the company purchased exactly 21,021 Bitcoin at an average price of $117,256 per BTC, further boosting its digital asset reserves.

With this latest acquisition, the company’s total Bitcoin holdings have grown to 628,791 BTC, valued currently at over $74 billion. This substantial investment once again highlights Strategy’s confidence in Bitcoin as part of its long-term strategic vision, reinforcing its position as a significant institutional player in the crypto market.

Having started its Bitcoin investment journey in 2020, Strategy remains committed to its digital asset treasury strategy. Analysts expect the company’s ongoing Bitcoin acquisitions to generate substantial long-term value for shareholders. Strategy plans to continue raising capital under its special "42/42" initiative, aiming to accumulate a total of $84 billion in Bitcoin investments by 2027.
