United States-based fashion company Tommy Hilfiger has announced that company will open a store called TOMMY PLAY on Roblox. It was learned that collection products will be offered for sale in TOMMY PLAY.
The following statements were made in the press release issued by Tommy Hilfiger:
“We’re excited to announce this next phase of our Roblox collaboration. Sharing these fun and unique aspects of our brand with the Roblox users is an innovative way to engage with the digital consumer. There are so many possibilities in the metaverse and this is just one more offering that we’ve created together.”
In June, Italy-based fashion brand Gucci established a permanent place in the Metaverse by establishing a town called 'Gucci Town' on Roblox.
While the Gucci town in Roblox currently includes a cafe, a park, a boutique with a limited number of virtual Gucci clothes, it was learned that Gucci will open more activity areas in the future.
