TeraWulf has commissioned the Nautilus Cryptomine facility, marking the opening of the first nuclear-powered Bitcoin mining facility in the US. The mining giant activated around 8,000 rigs, with a hash rate of around 1.0 exahash per second (EH/s).
The facility is expected to energize another 8,000 machines in the coming weeks, increasing the capacity of the Nautilus facility in Pennsylvania to 1.9 EH/s by May.
