The Solana Foundation has launched an initiative focusing on NFTs and aiming to "strengthen the quality" of new NFT projects. Dubbed 'NFT Showdown', Solana's project is essentially a competition that invites artists to create innovative business plans and create collections that can be used in the real world in fashion, entertainment and gaming.
