According to Chosun Ilbo, an investigation team of five prosecutors from the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office recently applied to the Seoul Southern District Court for an arrest warrant against Terra founder Do Kwon, TFL founding member Nicholas Platias and other company officials based in Singapore on charges of violating the Capital Market Law.
Kwon said last month that he had not been contacted by South Korean prosecutors and that no charges had been filed against him.
