Global whiskey brand Jack Daniel's has stepped into the world of the Metaverse with three trademark applications. Indeed, the company has applied to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for trademarks intended to sell NFT-approved media, virtual drinks, barware, apparel, digital wallets and collectibles in the Metaverse.
The filing with the USPTO was confirmed in a tweet shared by licensed trademark attorney Michael Kondoudis on September 19.
