Treehouse is a protocol aiming to build fixed-income infrastructure for crypto. It introduces two core primitives: DOR (Decentralized Offered Rates), a LIBOR-inspired decentralized benchmark mechanism for on-chain rates (e.g., staking yields) that can enable interest rate swaps, fixed-rate loans, and forward agreements; and tAssets (LST 2.0), liquid-staking wrappers that arbitrage lending-market rate discrepancies—e.g., tETH aligns borrow rates with ETH staking yields while adding a pickup over LST yield. Together, DOR and tAssets aim to reduce volatility and fragmentation from block-by-block floating rates and lay the groundwork for a scalable decentralized fixed-income ecosystem.

An upcoming listing on a major South Korea–based exchange and the accompanying early-trading rules disclosure may have boosted demand and contributed to the price increase.
