Bitcoin mining difficulty hits all-time high

Bitcoin’s mining difficulty level increased by 4.68% yesterday, reaching an all-time high. According to BTC.com, Bitcoin’s hash rate, the computational power used by miners, reached about 311 exahash per second on Monday, up from 274.69 exahash on January 16.

On the other hand, according to BitInfoCharts, the profitability rate of Bitcoin mining has become $0,074 per terahash per second in the last 24 hours, which means it has dropped from $0,185 from last year.
