The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) announced that individual investors will be able to trade cryptocurrencies from June 1, 2023.
The SFC stated in May that it would publish a guideline on the cryptocurrency licensing framework and that the new regulatory framework would take effect by June 1.
