ContentEA crypto asset management company has filed with the SEC to launch the first exchange-traded fund (ETF) in the US to directly hold spot Bitcoin and Ethereum. The new ETF will initially hold Bitcoin and Ethereum, but other crypto assets could be added later on, depending on regulations.
If the application is approved, the fund will be listed on Nasdaq and the assets will be held by recognized crypto custodians. This move is considered an important step for crypto investors.N
