Millions of Tests Conducted by HCBC Point to Cryptocurrencies

HSBC, one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations, recently stated in a statement that cryptocurrencies should occupy between 1-5% of a balanced investment portfolio.

The bank conducted extensive research to assess the potential of cryptocurrencies in complex asset allocations. Performing millions of simulations on portfolios calculated in dollars, HSBC analyzed the effects of different asset combinations. The research results revealed that investing even a small amount in cryptocurrencies can significantly increase portfolio diversification.

HSBC first started researching the advantages of including cryptocurrencies in multi-asset portfolios two years ago. At the time, strong statistical data showed that such investments can increase diversification, and these findings remain valid today.
