Strategy continued its Bitcoin accumulation with a roughly $108.8 million purchase, lifting its total BTC holdings to 672,497.
The company, known for its corporate Bitcoin-focused balance sheet strategy, announced another acquisition. According to Michael Saylor, Strategy bought 1,229 BTC at an average price of $88,568 per Bitcoin, spending approximately $108.8 million on the transaction.
As of December 28, 2025, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings reached 672,497 BTC. The company has accumulated these assets at a total cost of around $50.44 billion, with an average purchase price of $74,997 per Bitcoin. Management noted that the firm’s BTC Yield has reached 23.2 percent since the start of 2025.
These figures underline Strategy’s commitment to positioning Bitcoin as a long-term treasury asset. Despite ongoing market volatility, the company has continued to add to its holdings, maintaining its status as one of the largest corporate Bitcoin owners.
The latest purchase was financed through the issuance of roughly $109 million in common shares, a move that sparked debate among market participants. While some critics questioned the decision to use common equity instead of preferred shares, Strategy has shown no sign of shifting away from its Bitcoin-centric approach, keeping accumulation at the core of its long-term value strategy.
