Animoca Brands, a Hong Kong-based gaming software company, announced the launch of a USD 2 billion fund to invest in its upcoming Metaverse businesses.
Yat Siu, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company, stated in an interview with Nikkei Asia that it will focus on Web3 projects, mainly focused on digital property rights. Siu plans to make the first investment within the next year.
