Russia provides tax incentives to individuals who want to invest in cryptocurrency mining. Thanks to the support of the Russian government, a new cryptocurrency mining facility will open in East Siberia with 30,000 mining machines and 100 workers.
This new mining facility, which will be operational in Q1 2023, will consume 100 megawatts of energy. BitRiver, Russia's largest cryptocurrency mining colocation services provider, will own and operate the facility.
