'Incentive Program Application' Announcement from Fantom

The Fantom Foundation has announced that applications for the Fantom incentive program will open in mid-November, rather than late October as originally planned.
This is to further improve the experience of the Fantom community and to ensure that the entire program is completed by the end of the year.
